Bio: Bean is a 4-year-old corgi who enjoys naps, cuddles, and ferocious competition. Her
silky black coat features patches of tan around her stumps, and she trots around on
four white paws. Though her underside is coated in white, she boasts the pinkest belly
you ever did see. She has no use for a tail: she wags her little nub with great enthusiasm
when necessary. The little fashionista can’t resist a seasonal bandana. She’s a huge
fan of the Dawgs, and she responds well to ABBA, cod skins, and string cheese.
Bean is partial to soft, squeaky toys that can be murdered when she is not stealing socks from the laundry, and she loves challenging enrichment games. There is no puzzle she cannot solve, for better or worse. She craves high- and low-stakes competitions in dog training class, which has led to her promising career in AKC dog sports. When she is not training, napping, vacuuming crumbs, or collecting human souls, Bean can be found performing quality control testing on products for the Bean Pup Boutique, her namesake Etsy shop for pet toys. Of late, she has shown a keen interest in Impressionist painting. Her latest creation is a meditation on Percy Shelley’s “Mont Blanc”.
