Noor served as an Orientation Leader for International Student Orientation, which takes place each Fall and Spring semester.

"This experience really gave me insight into how different a college experience is for domestic students vs. international students.  I became much more understanding about the difficulty of pursuing an education in a foreign country."

Noor Khan with fellow Orientation Leaders

"We provide undergraduate, graduate, and exchange students with as much information and assistance as needed while they transition at UGA. We help to ensure that they are successful at UGA as well as guarantee that every student feels like they belong here.

I loved this EL experience because it helped me learn more about the international community at UGA, who only make up a small percentage of the total campus but need more recognition and attention at UGA in more ways than one."
