Katie interned with the Western Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office and was recently sworn in as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).

I learned so much from reading trial transcripts, observing court, and discussing cases with attorneys, victim advocates, and my fellow interns. My experiences at the courthouse solidified my decision to follow this career path and taught me even more about the positive influence criminal attorneys have on their communities."
