Colleges and schools have the option to adopt blanket statements for certain types of approved experiential learning activities. All of these activities have been approved at the University level.

The activities listed below will fulfill the EL requirement for majors in the specified school or college.

College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences

  • Global: Any UGA-sponsored exchange program or any CAES faculty-led study abroad program will fulfill the requirement.
  • Research: Any undergraduate research course denoted with an R-suffix, or participation in a CURO Research Assistantship, or CURO Summer Fellowship.
  • Service: Any service learning course approved by the Office of Service-Learning.
College of Education
